Michele was invited to give a lesson to the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa in relation to research projects carried out by Guado al Melo in recent years. In particular, he explained some of the basic concepts of genetics and selection of vines. We perform micro-fermentations of individual varieties from our ampelography collection for study purposes. At the lesson, Michele presented to tasting some samples of these red grapes. We thank the Sant’Anna Institute for invitation and in particular prof.
